| Hello Neighbours, We had a last-minute lumber delivery arrive this morning and framing has begun. This week and next there will be a continuation of backfilling as well as framing. Lumber deliveries should also be sprinkled in. I know trucks and parking continue to present issues. The cul-de-sac is a challenging environment to work in, and my hope is all our drivers are courteous and do their best to avoid blocking driveways. I’ve spoken to them again this week about this issue, and just a reminder to call or text me anytime at 604.767.5538 if you’re having a problem (pictures are always super helpful). You may have noticed the front gate took some damage this morning during delivery. I’m told this will be fixed ASAP. If there are any concerns about the gate, just let me know. | District of North Vancouver Services Connection **This item is something that’s done by the District’s work crew. We’ve been told they will provide notice before starting work. This will involve cutting up the road to connect new services to the home. |
