Hi everyone,

We’ve completed several milestones over the past few months, including our permanent power installation, gas hookup, and exterior work. We’ve now moved into the interior finishing phase, and drywall installation is currently underway.

We also wanted to briefly acknowledge the upcoming District water work. You’ve likely received the notices about the planned replacement of the water mains on Greenock and Limerick. This work is scheduled to begin next week and is expected to continue for approximately six weeks.

Just to clarify, this project is not related to our build, it is part of scheduled infrastructure upgrades being carried out by the District of North Vancouver. The timing is unfortunately overlapping with our project, and we recognize it may create additional challenges for parking and deliveries. We’ll do our best to coordinate our activities to minimize any added disruption.

With most of our upcoming work taking place indoors, we’re hopeful the next phase will be relatively quiet.
