Hi everyone,

You may have noticed we’ve got our windows, doors and wrap on the house. We’re happy to finally be locked up with all the rain and bad weather. 

Currently our crew is working on water, storm and sanitary connections in addition to a rockpit infiltration system to help manage stormwater. This is why the front yard is a bit of a mess right now. 

BC Hydro will also be on site sometime in the next week (whenever they find time in their schedule) to transition us from our temporary power pole to our new, permanent power poll. This work will not affect anyone else’s power.
