Hi everyone,

Our framing has pretty much been completed along with the installation of the roof trusses and some of the roof work. We are now working on some of the plumping and prep work for the slab pour.

We got word that the District of North Van will finally be coming and doing our service connections which includes new sewer and water lines. This work will be taking place on Tuesday, September 23rd. Ideally they will finish in 1 day but there is a possibility that work will spill over into the 24th as well. 

This work will involve digging in the street (Limerick) as well as the front of our property. The district’s crew will be managing this and will be controlling traffic for day. We are hoping for a smooth day and thank you all in advance for your patience and understanding as this gets completed.
